How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive? Dependent on the requested shipping destination, you will receive your order in approximately 2-5 working days from the day you placed it.

How Will I Be Charged? ALL local orders will be charged in South African Rands (ZAR).

How long will it take for your order to be processed?  You will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed. Orders placed before 11am (CAT) on a business day will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 11am (CAT) will processed the next business day. 
Please note: during sale and/or product launch periods customers may experience a slight delay in orders being dispatched. 

How long after being dispatched will my order take to arrive? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or sms with tracking information. Your order should be delivered within 2-4  working days dependent on destination i.e. outlying areas.

If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact or call us on +27 82 461 9996.
(Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm CAT) with your name and order number to enable us to check the status of your order.

Are you having problems with your tracking?  In some cases, the carrier takes 2-3 business days to register your shipment status on their website. Please be patient :) 

Please Note:  Somekindofwonderful is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier carrier, especially during high-volume seasons. Please note that all delivery times are estimated. Somekindofwonderful cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If you are not home to accept your package and have not left a note on your order to leave package without signature, the courier will contact you to arrange a time to deliver when it is suitable.
If you have not received your package within 5 business days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your Order Number and we’ll look into the matter immediately.
